ASLA Declaration of Citizenship

One of two documents we need to work with you. It is a signed confirmation of your immigration status in American Samoa: American citizen, U.S National, or an eligible foreign national with all of your immigration paperwork complete and up-to-date. You need to sign this and our Retainer Agreement to retain ASLA services.
